Interested in honing your tasting skills?  What to be able to immediately distinguish the varietal of a wine, without even seeing the bottle?  Already good at identifying wines, but looking to keep fresh and improve a bit?  This course will be held weekly at Perspective Cellars, from 6-7pm on Wednesday nights, beginning February 6th.  The cost is $30 and three wine tastes will be provided, along with tasting sheets, and discussion of the wines.  Whether you are a certified Sommelier, a novice wine enthusiast, or just a local looking for something to do, this class will be fun, and different every week!
