Today I attended a class by GuildSomm in Austin about wines from Australia.  It was a full dining room with nearly 50 in attendance.  The course was given by MS Chris Tanghe, and it was incredibly informative.  If you’re serious about your wine education, consider membership in the Guild, as they have tons of information online, as well as reasonably priced classes around the world.  This particular course was 3 hours, with 13 wines for only $35 – wow!
