Today’s Wine Enthusiasm class was great! It was a tiny group of us talking about the pros and cons of organically grown grapes, organically produced wine, biodynamic grape growing and wine making, vegan and natural wine techniques. Plus, a tasting of 5 different wines which are not usually on our tasting list. What fun!
